    + PROS: I really love their live chat feature, as we're seeing far more inquiries through it compared to other communication channels like email and phone calls. We also appreciate how you can segment all the leads who have contacted your website via live chat, and the additional features make it easier to nurture those leads effectively.

    - CONS: Their basic lead capture forms and pop-ups are useful, but I hope they develop a more advanced editor for creating attractive forms that are more enticing to our website visitors.


    I’ve been very satisfied with Gist so far, and their support team has been exceptional. They are always ready to guide and assist you if you encounter any issues with a feature or experience problems with a particular technology that isn’t working as expected.

    + PROS: I really appreciate the simplicity of assigning conversations to team members. Additionally, it's effortless to temporarily set conversations aside while awaiting a resolution, all while ensuring they don't slip from memory.
    - CONS: I would greatly appreciate the addition of an indefinitely pending feature, especially for situations where the resolution hinges on other teams and no estimated timeframe can be provided.
