We also appreciate how you can segment all the leads who have contacted your website via live chat, and the additional features make it easier to nurture those leads effectively.
- CONS: Their basic lead capture forms and pop-ups are useful, but I hope they develop a more advanced editor for creating attractive forms that are more enticing to our website visitors.
